There’s a rather fabulous Twitter feed called @giantpoppywatch which, as the name implies, rather comes into its own at this time of year.
It highlights eye-catching displays of remembrance which are either questionable and downright bizarre or beautiful and entirely heartfelt, depending on your point of view.
