The Game of Thrones cast is really pissed off at Donald Trump for exploiting it to announce sanctions
Donald Trump likes to bring the drama, whether it’s getting a chant going at a rally, tweeting paranoid accusations in the middle of the night or calling another dangerous dictator “Rocket Man”. With sanctions against Iran kicking in today, he decided to remind people by referencing one of the most popular dramas on television – or in print – Game of Thrones.

We don’t think for a minute that he either thought of doing this himself or made the image, but he was certainly happy to take the credit by tweeting it out.
Some of the show’s cast didn’t appreciate it being tarnished by the association and expressed this quite clearly.
Maisie Williams plays Arya Stark, from the house whose motto “Winter is coming” was co-opted for the tweet.

Sophie Turner, who plays her sister, Sansa, had a simpler response.

The author behind the franchise, George R.R. Martin, used the same font to encourage citizens to use their democratic right to vote. The production company behind Game of Thrones also chipped in.
How do you say trademark misuse in Dothraki?

Perhaps they’ll hit Trump in the only place he has feeling – the wallet.
If that doesn’t work, one Twitter user had this to add.
