A clip of a ‘unicorn’ doing gymnastics has gone viral because it’s brilliantly surreal
We like to think of ourselves as rational beings – we appreciate understanding the whys and wherefores, as a rule. Once in a while, something challenges that view, making us realise that not everything requires an explanation for us to truly appreciate it.
This clip is one of those things.
Afraid I have neither caption nor context for this excellence: pic.twitter.com/Fprg5GCU7f

At the time of posting, it has been retweeted 81,500 times and viewed many more than that. Unsurprisingly, people have had quite a lot to say about it.
Very disappointed to find out this event is not scheduled to be included in any upcoming equestrian competitions. https://t.co/QYMCzd7Tq4

Please tell me there is a whole fancy dress Olympics – and it's on TV soon!

This is fantastic but I'm distracted by the unicorn having 6 legs 😂

One Twitter user even asked this.

It definitely can’t, because there was this topical response from actor David Arquette.
You’ll be happier when you #vote than this majestic unicorn https://t.co/cvqRad3PCa

Over to you, America.
