People are losing their minds over this pepper epiphany except it’s not quite as simple as that
Stir fry recipes will never be the same after someone shared their pepper epiphany on Twitter.
OK so I've just found out that green peppers turn yellow then orange then red and they're actually all the same pepper just less ripe and my mind is blown

When you learn about photosynthesis, you learn about the different pigmentation in plants like chloroplast 1 and chloroplast 2 and so on! It’s really cool… it’s similar to what happens to leaves in the fall!
