Donald Trump was unusually lost for words asked about the shooting dead of 5 newspaper staff
Five people have been killed at the offices of a local newspaper in the US after a gunman opened fire in what police said was a ‘targeted attack’.
All of the dead worked for the Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Maryland and people have been highlighting on social media Donald Trump’s frequent attacks on the media.
Specifically, this on Monday night.

Asked by reporters today to comment on the five deaths, the so-called president was unusually lost for words.
"Can you please talk to us about the dead reporters in Annapolis?"
“Do you have any words of condolence for the families, Mr. President?”
"Why are you walking away?"

Nope, didn’t catch anything, although he did tweet this later.
Prior to departing Wisconsin, I was briefed on the shooting at Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Maryland. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. Thank you to all of the First Responders who are currently on the scene.

And here’s how people have been reacted online.
My mom just called (I knew she would) telling me to be careful at work.
I’m a news reporter, stationed in Arizona, not a war zone. Yet, we have to worry about getting shot on the job.
We are not the “enemy of the people.”#annapolisshooting #Annapolis
