8 times Tom Hardy’s Myspace account made the world a better place

These days, Tom Hardy is about as cool as it gets. He can do anything from playing violent psychopaths to reading sweet bedtime stories on Cbeebies and people still love him.

So, we were very happy to discover that his Myspace account featured the same kind of awful photos as the rest of us had.

There are several questionable selfies, like this.

Love me, love my dog

Happy in his work

Getting the turkey on

Ready to kick ass with a smile

But the full-body shots are on a whole other level of shamelessness.

Especially this one.

His My Space bio was very much in keeping with the unselfconscious photo gallery.

“I’m here to live and give whatever it is I can to nourish rather than to take and move on, I’m course and straight, I act for a living now adopting characters for money, it is a language I was born into, I always wanted to be someone else.

I’m grateful, arrogant, self centred, tenacious, versatile, honest, honourable, loyal, loving, gentle, consistent, reliable, focussed, prideful, passionate and nuts.

I have a head like a disco ball. If I say I’ll do something, unless I absolutely can’t, it gets done”

Although the account has now been deleted, when asked about the photos by Sky News, he said

“I’ve got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of me in my underpants which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat.”

If anything, this only makes us love him more.
