The replies to this Guardian article are almost worth the price of Brexit alone
Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has told the Guardian that Brexit “makes no sense” and that people should have the chance to vote again on their future either in or out of the European Union.
Everyone’s entitled to their opinion and Klopp seems like the type of intelligent guy able to address issues beyond the football pitch.
Except, well, just take a look at the comments beneath the Guardian’s link to the interview on Twitter which are almost worth the price of Brexit alone, we’re sure you will agree.

2. The Merkel debate
“Klopp also spoke of his admiration for Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, saying she is “doing an unbelievable job”.

Germany is no longer incurring any debt. We are nearly reaching 2 trillion pounds worth. I think on that measure alone she has been successful.
— Hume (@MW988) April 23, 2018
Cool. I respect your opinion. Let’s wait and see what the short / mid term brings financially as there are some strong indicators of problems. If you are right then maybe on that measure alone she has been.
— Chris Cooper (@ChrisJC12002) April 23, 2018
Short / mid term? She’s been in office since 2005.

3. Stay out of politics?
…he should stick to football.
— Antony (@AntAntonyAnt) April 23, 2018
“don’t get involved with politics cause you have a different opinion to me”, what a load of shite. Wet wipe.
— Ollie (@ollieington) April 23, 2018
No. He’s not British. He should show a bit more respect to us, especially considering how we have embraced him with open arms. It’s nothing to do with him.
— Danny Ward (@DannyWardy1) April 23, 2018
Well it has something to do with him since he’s an EU immigrant working in the UK, paying more UK taxes and contributing more to the country than you ever would but who am I to say anything since I’m not British ♂️

Knows more about politics than most of our politicians it would seem.
