A teacher banned mobiles even for listening to music so one pupil did this
Pupils who wanted to listen to music while doing their exams were banned from bringing their mobiles with them because of the obvious potential for teaching.
But one pupil wasn’t going to be stopped from listening to his favourite tunes while he scribbled away. So he did this.
Yes, it is what it looks like.
Students are taking their Physics Midterm exam today. I said no cell phones, not even for music since they could be used to cheat.
This student brought in a record player and is bumping Kanye in his headphones right now… pic.twitter.com/p57iMIal7D

But had the teacher properly thought the whole thing through?
Nah you gotta make a recording of all your notes and have it made into vinyl, then just slap that college dropout sticker in the middle. Easy A. https://t.co/M1xDza4Peh

And then look who got in touch.
How can we get his info? He deserves to have the 808s & Heartbreak vinyl too if he doesn’t already.

Except some people weren’t having any of it.
That’s a terrible record player, has shit audio quality and will destroy your records over time.

Just let them cheat. In the real world you can Google everything all the time. Further if a student wants to cheat they will cheat. We used to reprint soda bottle labels, or make codes of moving the shit on our desk.
