If that Toby Young business p-ssed you off, wait until you read this
You’ll remember the furore that greeted Toby Young’s short-lived appointment to England’s new university regulator earlier this year.
Young stepped down over a series of deeply unpleasant remarks he had previously made on social media, despite the support of people like Boris Johnson and Michael Gove.
Now the commissioner for public appointments has looked into the whole thing and someone has read it for us so we don’t have to. If you were p-ssed off then, you ain’t felt nothing yet.

19. That’s all folks: a rigged, biased, dishonest process designed to make the Office for Students a patsy devoid of critical views.
