This guy tried to sell “all the parts of a bear” in a British newspaper

“Reminiscing about when I tried to sell parts of a bear in the Friday Ad and they printed them all.” writes @Chrisshaweditor over on Twitter.

The Poke got in touch to ask more – where was this?

“2009 – in a free paper published every Friday in Tunbridge Wells and Sussex, full to the brim with classifieds” Chris tells The Poke.

“It filled pages 2 and 3.”

“But I was disappointed that the bear anus one wasn’t published. It was then a friend pointed out that I hadn’t looked on the front page, where it stood out like a sore thumb.”

But did anyone call?

“It’s a fake number…”

And Chris has one final thing he wishes to point out: “before I get trolled – would it be worth mentioning I didn’t really kill a bear?”
