Tony Blair tearing a strip off Nigel Farage is (almost) enough to make you feel nostalgic
Don’t recognise this guy but he speaks really well on Europe.
I know some people hate Blair, but I came across this of him giving Farage a good talking to in EU Parliament.

‘Tony Blair’ you say?

You can feel his anger, which I share, even though never a Blairite.
Encapsulates a major difference of world view. One is outward, positive and optimistic. Glass half full
The other, inward looking, negative and reactionary. Glass half empty.

My 9 year old just watched it and said “He seems a nice man.”

I wasn’t sure what to say back and went with “Er, yes but he made some mistakes.” Fortunately he was happy to leave it at that and go and watch the Simpsons.
