Have you seen a cartoon that better nails Brexit?
We haven’t.
So many people are sharing this completely brilliant cartoon, so I thought you might like to know that it was created by Bruce MacKinnon @CH_Cartoon, for Canada's Halifax Chronicle Herald and show him some love. x pic.twitter.com/lTsY6lKKav

Bravo, Bruce MacKinnon.
It’s a masterclass in storytelling in a single frame.

This is brilliant and making me sad at the same time. Powerful stuff.

@zoesqwilliams more accurate would be an arm and a leg

Except it turns out there’s more than one way you can read it, if you really want to.
So – can you explain? Would the gentleman in the blue Euro-shirt have been willing to simply release his grip on the other chap, if he’d asked politely? And if so, did he do so? And if not, what should Union Jack have done?

Art is personal. We can’t explain it to each other. To wit, where you see “grip” I see a handshake.

Now this does need to be plastered in buses.
