Millennium Falcon spotted on Google Maps near a golf course in Surrey
Hiding the Millennium Falcon from Darth Vader is one thing. Concealing it from the prying eyes of Google Maps … that’s quite another, it turns out, after the Millennium Falcon was spotted near a golf course in Surrey.
But you’ll have to look very, very carefully. (Clue: it’s behind a bunch of shipping containers).

No? Okay, closer.
Super nerd alert.. search Longcross Studios Surrey on google earth, scroll to the right into some farmland and you can find the Millennium Falcon hidden behind some shipping containers pic.twitter.com/sV5FivPdRe

Apparently it’s the one used in The Force Awakens.

Ah, the magic of the movies. You can have a look for yourself here.
Uhm. A tarp would have… never mind.

If those are 40 and 60 foot shipping containers, double-stacked, that would be a nightmare of a tarp.

To be fair this is BASICALLY the way Han Solo hides his ship in the movies, just sorta parks it somewhere and goes “that’s good enough”
