Donald Trump has a famously troubled relationship with Puerto Rico, criticised for not doing enough after it was hit by a hurricane and very publicly falling out with one of its most high profile politicians.

One theory is he’s just taking the piss, dragging out the vowels in an exaggerated Spanish accent. Certainly sounds like it. What do you think?
