Is this the worst positioned street lamp in Britain?

We had to look at this twice – first we thought people were complaining that the light was too near the window then we went “oh”.

“Did the same on a neighbour’s drive years ago. Six of us dug it up and moved overnight before it was wired up. No one even noticed!” notes @Scoutsteve1.
