This company will turn your ashes into a record so you can keep coming around again and again

Vinyl isn’t dead, but the dead can be tuned into vinyl thanks to this company which is offering to turn your ashes into a record.

Well, it’s one way of making sure you come round again after you die. They’re called And Vinlyly, obviously…

It’s just like making a normal record, according to the people behind it, but just before you press the thing your ashes are scattered all over it.

It kind of knackers the sound quality, as you’d expect, but then that’s not really what it’s all about.

Could be worse, they could turn you into an MP3. The compression process doesn’t bear thinking about.

It’s not cheap, though, around £500 for a song or £4,000 for a whole album.

Read all about it here, assuming you haven’t been entirely creeped out by the whole thing already.
