It’s all kicking off on the “garlic bread memes” Facebook page where they’re being accused of being transphobic

Journalist @broderick has brought this to our attention with his twitter post, “The drama happening on the Garlic Bread Memes page over their transphobic garlic bread meme might be peak 2016.”

So first garlic bread memes posted this:

And the replies, oh the replies – there’s 715 of them so far:

One take away from this is that Garlic Bread Memes has 241,832 followers on Facebook. That’s nearly twice say New Statesman.
