Traffic Warden Gives Wheelie Bin Ticket For Illegal Parking

A traffic warden in Wales is being formally investigated for his ‘bizarre behaviour’ after he put a £30 parking ticket on a wheelie bin.

ITV News reports ‘The warden is accused of putting the yellow sticky ticket envelope on the bin, which was left on double yellow lines in Carmarthen town centre.

Metro comments ‘In fairness, the wheelie bin was on a double yellow line. Perhaps the traffic warden thought, therefore, that even though it wasn’t a car, the owner should still be fined.’
