Man Spends £50,000 On 99 iPhone 6s To Propose To Girlfriend
A Chinese programmer spent two years’ salary on 99 iPhone 6s, arranged them in a heart and asked his girlfriend to marry him. It didn’t go well, reports the Telegraph.
The young tech worker spent 500,000 yuan (£51,543) on the gadgets, the equivalent of more than 17 years the average worker’s salary, according to CNN.
His girlfriend, apparently said “no,” leaving the man with a load of iPhones and a handful of flowers. And a broken heart. And some pictures on the Weibo social network.
