Putin, Obama Find Common Ground On How Bad ‘Under The Dome’ Is

World News: Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama have finally found a topic they can agree on – the fact the US TV series Under The Dome is piss-poor.

“It started out well with an interesting concept, but rapidly went downhill from there,” said the US President. “The bit when the cow got chopped in half by the dome was awesome!” chipped in Putin. “But it quickly turned into a standard American soap opera with cliched, unoriginal and unlikable characters. Who am I meant to root for exactly?”

Obama then went on to rant about how the show was originally meant to be a mini-series with an ending, but when it proved popular was picked up for another series by US network CBS.

“It’s another case of a show with an initially interesting premise getting dragged on forever in order to milk the advertising revenue,” said the exasperated US President. “Just tell the damn story and move on.”

“It’s like Lost all over again,” said Putin, high fiving the US President. “Fuck all six seasons of that.”
