Google Street View car parked outside for a week now

Google News: Residents of a small village in Yorkshire are living in fear after the Google Street View car has been parked in a street for almost a week.

“At first we were all excited that our village would be getting on Street View,” said one local resident. “But it’s been here for a week now, just sitting there. It’s extremely sinister.”

Some residents reportedly approached the car, fearing the driver was dead – but they refuse to talk about their experience, and just silently rock back and forth staring into space. One local who suggested towing the car out of the village has subsequently vanished.

“I haven’t left my house in days,” said another resident. “I’m just too scared with that thing there, watching us from every possible angle – constantly sending photos of me back to its faceless masters in an office somewhere in California.”
