This comedian has misheard all the lyrics in Edith Piaf’s “Non Je Ne Regrette Rien” and it’s ingeniously funny

Bec Hill is an Australian comedian living in London, specialising in paper-based comedy, and her latest work has gone viral on Twitter with over ten thousand retweets and likes. Wow.

Based on one of the few French songs most of us know other than Frère Jacques, Bec takes “Non Je Ne Regrette Rien” and adds her own unique take:

You just try watching this without a huge grin spreading across your face as Bec gloriously misunderstands phrases such as “non, rien de rien” as “no rear to rear” and adds a few hand-drawn bottoms for good luck.

As Bec Hill says, “Yes, I know my name looks like Be Chill.”
