BBC man interviews another BBC man about the BBC, standing outside BBC building he is broadcasting from
It’s only because of the wonders of technology that we are able to do this.

BBC media editor Amol Rajan was standing outside the BBC’s Broadcasting House because he was reporting on the story about BBC stars’ pay.
But it might have been easier to come inside and talk to presenter Clive Myrie, who was literally a hundred yards away in the BBC News studio.
I thought that was fucking hilarious too. Wd have been funnier to show him shouting out the window "Oi, Amol, what do you think about this?"

No need for a microphone: “THIS HAS BEEN A TROUBLING DAY FOR THE BBC, CLIVE”
— Scott Bryan (@scottygb) July 19, 2017
If only someone had thought to ask why. Oh hang on, they did.
Maybe @CliveMyrieBBC or @amolrajanBBC can explain why being in the studio wasn't possible …?

It's to do with moving cameras round and getting me back to the desk in time. Stuff that looks weird, usually has some kind of explanation.

Thanks Clive. Makes a lot of a sense.

No sweat.
