Cyclist posts picture of his legs during Tour de France, whole world freaks out

The legs belong to cyclist Pawel Poljanski who posted the picture on Instagram after stage 16 of the Tour de France.
“After sixteen stages I think my legs look little tired.”

It’s not the effect of performance enhancing drugs, as some people suggested, just the effect of cycling 16 stages of the Tour de France, specifically something called ‘enhanced vascularity’.
