The Michelin Guide has clearly had enough of ridiculous food trends
You know concept food trends have gone too far when even gastronomy bible the Michelin Guide objects to a dish being served on a flip flop.

It appears to come from a 2 Michelin starred restaurant called Falco in Leipzig, Germany.
