The New York Daily News reports that the message was the work of Robin Bell, who had previously projected other helpful things outside Trump’s hotel.

The US Constitution’s Emoluments Clause prohibits U.S. officials from accepting foreign gifts, something the Trump administration is at risk of violating with his hotel empire.
