How the wrong “Steve Bannon” owned his critics on Twitter
A Scottish dad of three who has the same name as Donald Trump’s chief strategist and senior adviser Steve Bannon has been copping some terrible flak on Twitter.
Steve Bannon uses the Twitter handle @SteveBannon and has been called a “liar” and a “Nazi Holocaust denier” by people who confuse him with former Breitbart boss @StephenBannon.
But Bannon – the British one – has been giving as good as he gets by people who abuse him on Twitter.
@dirtiejack You should be publicly flogged for tagging the wrong Bannon

Bannon said he had been inundated with misdirected tweets, but is seeing the funny side. Kinda.

Still, he does have one thing in common with Trump – they both like golf.
