This salad bar doesn’t understand how acrostics work

Reddit user iklegemma has shared a photo of a sign outside a salad bar. While they had obviously seen an acrostic being used before, they’d clearly not noticed an important feature …that the letters of the word going down should start the sentences going across.

Seems like they’re not as smart as they think.
