Now that people have seen Michael Gove’s beard, people can’t decided whether to be angry or turned on

Yesterday political twitter went insane at the news that rubbish MP Michael Gove has grown a beard.

But there was no photo.

Not until now. The Standard have got one, the brave fools:

To many isn’t a bit of a disappointment: Unofficial Gove’s Beard Twitter account @govesbeard writes, “Bit of a let down really – shite holiday stubble.”

Whereas noted Irish poet John Moynes ‏says, “That is not a beard. That is barely a hangover.”

“Remember when we were all told Michael Gove had grown a beard? This is not a beard. This is barely even stubble.” says @HuffPostComedy.

Whereas @RobManuel writes, “@govesbeard I am so disappointed & angry about this pathetic beard that it’s like Christmas has been cancelled. Worst Ed Balls Day ever.”

And @thelongestone says,” Michael Gove does NOT have a beard. I’m hard-pressed to even call it stubble. It is an arse-scratch of bumfluff”

HOWEVER THERE’S ANOTHER OPINION … AND IT’S AN ALARMING ONE

Yes David, you DO deserve to be shot down. AND THEN SHOT AGAIN. Christ on a bike, the internet, with their opinions.
